After collecting data your website comes alive
In just a 4-6 short weeks, we will put together a design based on your needs and desires. You will be asked to provide some important details, such as the following:
- Text content: You know yourself and your business best, hence why we ask you for a short history, a description of your services, etc.
- Images & Photos: Do you have a new office or retail location? Do you have photos of your service offerings? Real images of your business are always better than stock photos.
- Competitors: If we know who you’re competing against, we can help you rank higher than them in Google Search results.
- Logo & Branding: With your logo and branding (colours, font, design guide if available) we will ensure your new website integrates perfectly with your existing brand.
- Premium Theme Template: Choose a theme from which we will use a base to build your website using the above items to make it unique.
Review, feedback and revisions
After what seems like the blink of an eye, your website will be ready for your review. All of our web design clients are provided with five rounds of revisions where they can tweak and make changes to their heart’s content.
Not sure what a round of revision entails? Here are examples from prior clients:
- Re-organize the order of content to highlight what you feel is most important
- Request specific photos or images be used in particular locations
- Correct which fields to make mandatory in a form
Many of our clients love the design from the onset and do not request changes, but we include this step because we want you to love your new website.

Once you’re satisfied with the design of your website, we can also host the new website for you. Your website will have been built on one of our servers, so hosting with us means you can go live in a matter of minutes!
